I don’t think he understands the concept of a witch hunt. That’s when you’re trying to find out who the witch is. In this case, we already know.

Republicans: It’s particularly puzzling why there aren’t more Black Republican women in Congress. Maybe someday science God can give us the answer. <shrug> Meanwhile there’s nothing we can do but stick to our policies, or maybe go more extreme. That’s probably the answer.
