I figure that’s the attraction to it. Same “exotic material” used in racing/space age applications is used for a ..... cup holders or some shit. Price of carbon fiber pieces also I guess categorizes it as a luxury item. Out is wood trim, then came brushed aluminium, then now carbon fiber.
