What's the worst thing Willie Nelson can say to you after you've just given him a blowjob?

How are they going to determine whether a site is "ethical" though? Every part of their policy seems designed to be vague. Telling students they're agreeing to be investigated for looking at a wikipedia page is unacceptable. And really, who's paying for the network? Pretty sure the students are, if not directly.

Presumably the school doesn't give students the options of setting up internet with another service provider if they live on campus. If they're limiting many students' options in that way, I think there's some responsibility to allow a relative amount of freedom in terms of content accessed.

Jesus, isn't this thing over yet?

Its actually Ray Albers, apparently:

I want to go to there.

it's so seriously limiting since most cats prefer only films from the French New Wave or a paltry few of the existentialist masterpieces by Haneke or Von Trier.

No, but hey, neither will my freeloading human relative who was coddled as a child. At least my dog isn't offensive.

**It kind of bums me out how much better pets are treated than people in this world.**

What does it matter if someone loves their pet like a kid? What matters is that everyone — every taxpayer — should be able to within certain rules get to enjoy public spaces, and some people do so by lugging along children, and some by wanting to play frisbee (or whatever) with their dog. It's not up to others to tell

Wrong. This is a black issue that affects black individuals that others can be enraged by. But it is a black issue. If you are white, as I suspect (and as I am) you do not live in fear of the police. This is a good time to close your mouth, back up slowly, and listen. Take it all in. Recognize that where you live,

I teach about the complex problem of differentiating between institutional racism and individual bigotry, so I understand what you're trying to get at.

Judging off the fact you think this isn't a black issue confirms to me that you are White. I'm Hispanic, not African-American, but I'll tell you this: White people, not all but generalizing, have a hard time understanding when things are in fact racial.

Can you seriously not recognize that your original comment essentially amounts to "Please congratulate me for being a non-racist white person."?

This is largely an issue relating to black people. If you can't see that, I can't help you.

It's not about you.

There was a white teenage boy walking through the streets of Aurora, Colorado (home of the Holmes theater shooting) with a loaded rifle because he "wants people to be comfortable carrying guns in public". The police stopped him, asked for ID - which he refused to provide - and they gave him a ticket and sent him on

You don't shoot unarmed, you don't shoot those surrendering.

You tend to nitpick these stories because for you, semantic issues seem more important than the real problem of people of color—include teenagers— being gunned down in a use of excessive force and the cops get away with it. THIS—killing of POC is the real problem. Criminalizing their behavior, incarcerating them

I am pretty pro-police in general, feel they do a necessary and difficult job, and try not to assume the worst. But at this point even I am aghast at what is happening in our country. They are suppose to be here to protect us but apparently only some of us. Clearly something is wrong with how we are regulating and
