The reason they're pushing 20% as the standard is because 15% is really the standard, but if they say 15% is the standard, then lots of people will still tip less than 15%. Saying 20% is the standard is a way of making sure they get 15%.

I'm not sure why anyone should expect that people not enjoy his work simply because his life has not been free of sin. Yeah, but do you use so many tabs—and tabs only—that you need 16GB of RAM to keep your computer from slowing to a crawl? 16GB of RAM is not ridiculous for a regular PC that runs many apps/programs, but everything takes place in the browser with Chrome OS.
