Yeah, so the game sucks because you don’t get “rewarded” with an arbitrary number next to your name? Gameplay breaking. Most multiplayer communities would not lament the loss of people with your priorities.

A stand alone, separate game in the same universe would be great. None of the worries of unbalancing multiplayer, none of the limits from multiplayer mode/hero abilities. Would flesh out the universe way more than the trendy say nothing background narratives.

A stand alone single player campaign in the universe, does not take away from the already established awesome multiplayer. If it helps just release it as a separate game.
