Indeed... cafeteria food is hardly an example of ideal healthy eating. Food in a hospital cafeteria is basically just a step beyond the stuff you got in your school cafeterias.

Different situation. Canon sells the camera. From that point on whatever is done with it they get no benefit from. Amazon helps with the creation and publishes the books. They get a cut. Then they provide the place for the knockoffs to be sold. They get another cut. So they profit by these knockoffs. That's what makes…
Charlie Brooker is absolutely hilarious. When he's put in the same room with David Mitchell... he's brilliant.
I agree. 2,000+ dead, and it took out a large section of a port city. I think they found the anchor of the ship some 20 miles away. Amazing.
I think war sinkings should probably need their own category. I mention the Hood and Indianapolis in another post. I think the Bismark lost around 2,000. HMS Glorious lost 1,200. Lancastria lost around 3,000. The Russians esp. had it bad. They lost a few ships that had 2,000+ dead. A quick search shows at least 15…
Or during a war?
HMS Hood should have been on the list. The Hood had 1,418 on board when she met the Bismark. Only 3 survived. Definitely makes the list, and if you go by percentage so survivors/deaths she might even be at the top.
A shipwreck is what the remains of the ship are called. Maybe an alternative title could be "Deadliest Maritime Incidents" or "Deadliest Ship Sinkings." Deadliest shipwrecks doesn't really make sense unless you're talking about people who have died while diving on the wrecks.
Pfft. Big deal. They're predicting the worst weather of the year to hit TX, OK, and whatnot tomorrow. Last time they predicted something this bad there were a hundred or so tornadoes. Still, nice photo. Must be nice to live with that view.
Amnesia you say...
It's interesting all the places Lupin has popped up over the years. I absolutely loved this...
It's far more risque in the manga, but the original anime series was toned down quite a lot.
I agree it's annoying that there is browser specific content out there as a result, but since Firefox doesn't do "apps" there isn't really much that can be done for it. It's really no different from having access to iPhone apps when you use a non-Apple phone. The difference is that the information is still there for…
Chrome being required for Chrome apps, extensions, and themes is quite shocking. It's not like the Mozilla add-on site requires you to use a Mozilla product to use any of the extensions and whatnot. Oh wait...
It's working fine for me with a default Firefox installation. Might be an issue with it being run on Waterfox.
I recognize all of those Frees photos from a book my family used to own. Guess we must have had a copy. Wish I had kept all my old books now. Only one I still have from childhood is a copy of The Giving Tree.
It's just a punny name for a section dedicated to celebrity gossip. Dirt in this case being used in its "digging up dirt" form.
Looks like the result of a Top Gear challenge. Clarkson must be older than he claims.
I pulled up a pdf of their instrument approach procedures, and it shows that landings occur on that runway from the southwest to northeast. Likewise take-offs are from southwest to northeast. So the location of the plane is where you would expect from a take-off. They take-off heading out to sea. So everything fits…
And that's just your squadron. Tag on every flight from that base, and we're talking about a percentage so small as to be unmeasurable.
