You know it!

WHEN...YOU...WALK...A-WAY...

Oh yeah, I loved that store! Our mall had Sam Goody and FYE. The mid-to-late 90s was pretty much the peak time to be alive.

When I was a kid, there was a Ruby Tuesday in the local mall. You could access it from the food court. It’s been closed for now for like 20 years, but it’s been fun to watch what’s happened to the space since. Bizarrely, they turned it into a Sam Goody (lol), which somehow did fairly well until people stopped buying

I too have been playing Spelunky recently! And yes, I haven’t beaten it either. I think I’ve gotten into the fifth biome a few times, and pretty much immediately die every time. Which is okay with me. It’s one of the few guys that doesn’t frustrate the shit out of me after constant death.

It’s definitely puppy chow.

I know you specifically asked about NES, but I’ll just throw this out there. The Game Boy version of Donkey Kong was a mindblowing expansion of the arcade game, and contained a massive, completely unique game after you got through the standard arcade levels. I had no idea when I first fired this game up, and it was

I’ve never actually played these games and I’m a huge Megaman fan. I keep buying all the MM shit Capcom is putting out these days, in hopes that they’ll eventually release a Battle Network collection on current gen consoles.

It’s on DABL, which popped up randomly on our TV earlier this year, and I can’t say I’m unhappy about it! Definitely do a re-scan on your TV if you have an antenna, and see if you get it. The channel is mostly cooking and house shows from the early 2000s that originally aired on A&E, TLC, and the like. Hello young

Whenever my wife and I can’t decide on what to watch, or can’t seem to commit to an hour-long show, or have been drinking for a while, it’s always Triple D that we put on. There’s something comforting about the routine of it all, and we’re both pro-Guy.

I’ve been needing some video game comfort food recently, so I’ve pulled out GBA and started replaying some handheld Zelda games. Link’s Awakening is my favorite game of all time, but I decided that NOW was the time to finally beat the Oracle games - two games I have started several times and never finished. After a

Amazing article. More of this, please!!

My neighbors, whom I’ve never spoke to and have never spoken to me, apparently do stock car racing or demolition derby. Their driveway/garage/front yard is a mess of banged up cars, and they seem to spend their weekdays doing various loud car projects. Apparently, this includes revving the engine of whatever car they

Alright, I’ll bite. FFXIII is one of my favorite entries in the series. Something about the visual presentation, the soundtrack, and the characters all came together for me in a way I really liked. And I’m someone who’s played the whole series.

Pokemon Shield! I haven’t bought a mainline Pokemon game since Red way back in the day, and man, I am just loving it so far.

Are you trying to unlock everything in Sonic and Sega All Stars Racing Transformed? If so, I wish you the best of luck. While I love the game, the difficulty is just bonkers at times. I never did unlock the last racer, which makes me sad, but for me, it isn’t worth wanting to throw my controller through the screen.

Love it, but you missed one very important detail. The best local television commercials of all time. ¡Ay, caramba!

Shooting for the moon? I see what you did there...

They are amazingly hard to find, but I wish you luck! One of my prized possessions is a Monsters pennant signed by the entire team. Think my parents got it for me at some silent auction years and years ago.

You can certainly cram Lunar 2: Eternal Blue in there, one of the best RPGs of all time!
