exactly, this would be a . horrible precedent seriously actually harmful for humanity, dancers, animators and pretty much anyone creative going forward.

No, they should not pay for signature dance moves nor should such a precedent ever be set because end time capitalism and greed is going way too far when people try to sue others for mimicking a set of body movements where one for sure could come up with prior art examples for each of those moves they combined to form

I hope people band up to help make this lawsuit fail.
because this type of lawsuit acts like as if it would be in aim to help creatives, while it is only done in pure greed by some and would cause tremendous harm to regular people and all creatives going forward.
Imagine a world where you have to watch out how you dance

Great, more good competition is heavily needed regarding App/Game stores.
There are many app/game stores but ones offering a good deal for customers and developers? Not that many.

i bet you’d say something different if you had played Robo Recall, Lone Echo, Superhot VR etc on it.

i get the same happening a lot these days, too. I feel like it is more due to my living circumstances than the games themselves, since i work a lot and hence get so rarely to play lengthy games from start to end that for most larger ones, well, i get to try them and then work and other life things come in between and

While i’m a single indie developer, too and i can totally feel (and experienced it myself a few times already) how it sucks in the moment one worked on something long and then someone else “rips you off” and seemingly profits from that, so seemingly profits off your labor while diminishing your chances to profit from

you should be able to use any stylus made for an iPhone (or similar multitouch device) with the Switch, no?

Lame, hope PUBG’s company looses this. Just a weak sauce move to try to sue others for copyright when it is super obvious you got “heavily inspired” on the idea of your game in first place.

That’s great, looking forward to the additional single player content.

Yes, it depends on how good your connection is to them.

whether this is a pretty cool thing and a quite good deal or a bad thing and not a good deal at all depends on a few factors.

All the best wishes to you and your family Mike, i hope you get well soon.

what about just changing it so

I feel like Valve mostly pushed the concept behind Steam machines as in to have something in the backhand as backup (and also threat) against MS pushing their Windows (UWP) store and also Windows 8/RT.

I would totally apply for that but i’m not close by =( I wish they had remote positions.

i hope they don’t bring them back, because most user reviews for games suck.

Yeah, but time will semi fix such things “automatically”, as in either larger/faster storage will become cheaper over the next 1-2 years and/or faster higher capacity internet accessibility will become more widely available at reasonable prices while more services will offer fully streamed games (as in no large

Yes, i agree, internet connection speeds/pricing are an issue, but few a console maker can do there, but on the upside something that naturally improves over time.
