I have a '13 GLI with the DSG and an APR tune for the ECU and the gearbox. Makes about 272 hp and 300ish torque at the flywheel. Plenty quick and I've had it for two years now, no issues. Granted it's not AWD, but it worked in the snow in VA for me.

Wake is beautiful though. Don't ruin it with these guys!
You can find a nice CPO GLI with a manual if you look. Should be right around your price range and it’s nondescript, plenty fast, easily upgraded, and has room for the kids.
Would your daughter like the “Molly Pop” Saleen Mustang?
I had this music on my iPod back in the day. Specifically "Gore" since it's kinda the theme.
Because they allowed that glorious turbocharged flat six engine to shine.
It’s like the race to the moon in the ‘60s. Whoever gets there first will be remembered for eternity and the lasting impact it makes on life.
Just because LEDs are little doesn't mean the taillights have to be microscopic.
Jeez, I turn 34 in few weeks and I still feel young. Thanks for ruining that Mr. letter writer man.
While that is beautiful, it's not that traditional Ferrari beautiful we had come to expect until the mid 90s.
Wasn’t that the point of the original GTO? Looks like an unassuming Tempest or Le Mans but it had the bat outta hell 389 ci engine. It was the original sleeper when John Delorean stuffed that engine in there. So it makes sense the rebirthed one would be unassuming as well.
Best MINI is CPO MINI. That's how I got my JCW 10 years ago. It was a hoot, weighing ~2600 lbs with ~215 hp/torque. Not to mention supercharger whine. One of my favorite cars that I've ever driven, much less owned. The newer ones just look bloated now. My .02.
Clapton’s coachbuilt Ferrari is still the most beautiful Ferrari of the past 20 years.
I'd bring back the Viper.
I have an idea: your mirrors, they are adjustable.
Good pun is good pun.
For the EVs, you need to account for the tax breaks since a second hand buyer knows you took advantage of it. And if you didn't, well that sucks.
Doesn't mean that's bwhat someone will pay for it. Based on that, I'd buy new because more features and a new warranty.
I'm no truck guy at all but I preferred driving my dad's old Tundra to my father-in-law's Silverado. Night and day with the feel and they were both 2008ish MY crew cabs with short beds. I can totally see why my father-in-law bought a new Tundra instead of one from the big three.
