It gets downright misanthropic. I gave it a couple of episodes past the pilot and ended up buying the DVD set. It's cheerful in its meanness to the characters.
OH yes. Turns absolutely awesome so fast.
iZombie? Really? Is her email address eZombie@hotmail.com? This might have been "cool" in the mid 2000s but it just seems dated now... as does that dude's peroxide hair at the end of the trailer. Anyway, I am clearly the wrong demographic for this.
I've never been so proud of my home town. Well parts of it at least.
No love for the BSG flashbacks? I would have put either the boxing match episode or the episode where we see Lee and Kara first meet, Baltar deals with his father, etc.

I'm just old enough to remember when people would dress up to fly. Seems that ended around the mid 70's or so. I can remember being 5 around 1975 and going to Florida, and seeing all the people in ties and dresses at Detroit airport.
seriously... i'm always impressed when i see photos from the 40s/50s ... the men almost all are wearing fedoras and dressed in suits; women also have hats and frequently gloves.. and the body language is reserved and composed. unlike the slobs you see today...
People used to dress much nicer than they do today.

You can hear the embarrassment in his voice when he says, "Oh God, it's Mom." That's how you know this is real.
