Which is why I think it’s pointless to discuss legality. Thanks for making that point.

I don’t actually want to have that conversation because I think it’s pointless to debate legality without ethics and morals at the core of it.
I mean, even if I couldn’t I wouldn’t want to have sex with either of them because the idea grosses me out. At the age I’m at now that women under 25 just aren’t attractive to me anymore.
Wow jeez. I find it difficult to feel sympathy for folks like this. He can claim he didn’t know she was underage, but I’d bet he knew, or at least suspected, and didn’t wanna ask.
I think the issue people are having here is that this game is specifically for hard core racing fans that want an experience as close to realistic as possible.
Been gaming online since Quake 1.
Not to play devil’s advocate here, but programming anti-cheat measure is actually pretty difficult, especially if you don’t want to false-flag a bunch of people. To be fair this cheating problem seems to have just exploded in the last few months. I’m sure they were working on this for a while, but it probably got…
I guarantee you anyone trying to figure this out has already put in more time trying to make sense of this than anyone at Nintendo ever did.
The game has only been out a couple months and people are expecting Bungie to answer all of the problems with the game by now? Do people not realize the amount of time and effort that goes in to game development?
This seem so like such a bizarre thing to miss when Blizzard experienced the same kind blowback all those years ago with WoW and it lowering your XP against the more you played.
I really love Elite, but it’s really the type of game that requires so much of the player’s time. I loved the time I put in and fantasize about one day having enough time to dedicate to it. But the truth is I have a partner, a job, friends and other games I want to play. So until I have time to put in, I’ll just be…
I’d rather they just make smaller less graphically intense games. Some of my favorite games of the past years have been made by small teams on a shoestring budget. No reason to spend buckets of money to make and advertise a game besides pure capitalism.
A buddy of mine and I just joined a clan in Destiny 2 and I got in to their discord channel and played with ‘em for the first time yesterday.
You realize there is no way to turn money alchemically in to game features right? It takes time to code, debug fix and then release this stuff. The simplest feature can take months to iron out. I’ll bet their working on this thing, but cripes dude, this game is still in early access.
They featured a friggen’ known site that supports goopergop. Valve is showing more and more their true colors. Refusing to remove hate groups. Allowing disgusting depraved, racist games and developers.
I don’t think you realize how expensive games are to make.
Yeah, a lot of my problems with these fan made “HD” texture packs is that they usually lack a much polish. It results in things kind of just looking worse, even if they have more detail or whatever.
The problem with expansion packs is that not everyone buys them and you can really divide a playerbase with them. You’re gonna lose people consistently with each expansion.
Sometimes a thing comes out that I feel is specifically for me. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does I’m very thankful.
