I reject the premise of this article to begin with.  The GOP know no such thing as ‘shame’, so it’s impossible for them to be humiliated.  They’re only the party of seizing and holding onto power, there’s no other goal for them.

OMFG! I realize it’s a waste of my emotional energy, but those things enrage me. I will go out of my way to provide feedback starting with how I found the whole rating loop emotionally manipulative and that it soured me on the interaction and the company as a whole, and ramping up from there.

I know nearly every normal, sane person is completely disturbed that a person as incompetent and broken as Hershel Walker is so close to a Senate seat but the very, very sad reality is that this guy is the ideal GOP candidate.

I always love the sheer inanity of “he exceeded expectations.”  If I was in a fight against Brock Lesnar, and I managed to run away from him for 15 seconds before he beat me into a coma, I would have exceeded expectations for my performance in that fight.  Still in a coma.  Fuck all that noise.

Of all the things to pick to claim that Walker helped the cops with, “mental health situations”? Really? Sure he did, the same way Matt Gaetz runs workshops on helping teenagers spot predators.

After fifteen years, their response to mental health crises still hasn’t evolved past ‘turn off your body cam and aim for the centre of the torso’?
