There’s too much plausible deniability, there, though. Misuse of taxpayer money? Using a government issued credit card? There’s an easily followed paper trail here.

It’s stupidity and arrogance. These fucks actually thought they were above the law. Thing is, one of the things that will get feds to actually go after a politician is abuse of taxpayer dollars.
