You’ve obviously been getting the wrong strawberries.

Also: groan.

I want to punch whoever named a canned beer “draught.

Yooooo ken jennings is out here using the hand clap emoji.......RIP Hachi

I have no idea how a beer so available everywhere gets so many misconceptions.

I suspect that the misconceptions could be fueled by people having the export stout vs the pub draught. Well that and macro beer drinkers that actually think Bud is better than Miller or vice versa.

I think those misconceptions come from the fact that the availability of Guinness in the US predates the craft beer movement. When almost everything else on the shelf was a fizzy macro lager Guinness looked dark and heavy by comparison. I realize it is lighter than a Bud/Miller/whatever, but we are talking about

I usually do a double decker quesadilla on my comal pan. Tortilla, cheese, tortilla, cheese and started on the heated comal and then thrown under a broiler so that both tortillas get (more or less) crispy and brown.

We both know you had a bottle of IBC and tried to pass it off as a beer.

This weeks salty waitress was so good bc of the comments 😈

I grew up drinking good old seltzer water. La Croix always tasted additive-y to me. (That’s totally a word.)

I loved the Paisley Park tour (but not the locked cellphone). The Superbowl performance is beyond awesome and the rain just added to it.

Did you stay after to eat?

For those who want to do the tour...do not show up early. They will kick you off the grounds. I rented a car when i was up in minny and had to drive around

I grew up in Minnesota and in some ways I had the same experience, but for the opposite reasons.

Prince was everywhere, I knew people who worked with Prince on music videos, I mean he was great, but he was a local guy and I don’t think I realized just how profoundly special he was until after he died and saw the

All I remember from that Super Bowl was the rain, and Prince’s halftime show.

I feel the same.

Then pay attention now. Immortality is what he achieved. Listen, then, listen again we all missed some of what he was saying. I learn something new almost everytime.

I think it really depends on the location and age of the kid. One brewery in my town is strictly 21 and over. The other has a separate section away from the bar with games and puzzles where there’s usually a toddler or two hanging out (they boot anyone under 21 out at 8:00 sharp). These are the two extreme cases.

I moved to Minnesota a few years before you, and was also nonplussed about Prince and his influence. But after giving myself over to local radio (REV105, RadioK and eventually The Current), I came to understand a lot more about what he accomplished beyond what my lily-white county of origin allowed to slip into my

I was a little bit like that with Elvis. A couple of years I took a road trip down the Blues Highway from Memphis to New Olreans. Of course if you’re in Memphis, you cant not visit Graceland.

YES! I totally remember this. It was kind of like cotton candy, but meat. Finely shredded and so tasty but would make me very thirsty.

Put that shit in a tulip glass and I will 100% pay $13 for it.
