Your fantastic post inspired me to try cooking tongue for the first time. For a dinner party no less lol. Bought a 3lb tongue (for 2 dollars!). I added chopped onion/garlic, culantro , salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and oregano. Cooked for 28 hrs.
