Yea, that game totally gets the award for “most feels”. That first time riding into Mexico...shit....

This was a weird one for me. It’s like I KNEW this was coming for a good while before it actually happened, but when it did, I still got oddly emotional. Also filled me with a lot of rage. lol

Man...that show. Like at this point I expect to get gut punched in the feels every other episode, but it still feels like it came out of left field when it happens.

Soft shelled shrimp are also friggin amazing. It wasn’t something I encountered often, but back when I was a cook every so often you’d come across a few soft shell shrimp. Throw them on the grill with some butter and just eat them like that. SOOOOOOOO good.

I always enjoy when out to dinner if someone orders shrimp in a basket or similar fried shrimp type of thing they NEVER eat the delicious crunchy tails. They always look at me like I’m odd for eating them but....OM NOM NOM

Heh, same here.

YESSS!!! I thought of that show immediately as well. Been so long since I’ve seen that one mentioned anywhere.

LOVED THIS SHOW! I especially remember the episode where he worked with a search and rescue team and first heard about Spider-Man and then went out and got a huge collection of the action figures.

“According to IMDB, the actor Stephen Baldwin, best known as Barney Rubble in the 2000 classic The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas, FOR BIODOME is 50 years old.”

Interesting, you and the others who replied to this said it’s extremely good tasting but everything I’ve had with it has been bland. I’m starting to believe I’ve never really had squid ink since the things I’ve had it in mostly used it as a food dye rather than a true flavor. I must remedy this.

Not much tbh.

“they’d be knocking down your door to stuff homemade pasta down your gullet until you’re ashamed of how much you ate yet feel like you could have another plate if they insisted all at the same time.”

oh, ok, that makes a lot more sense now. In my experience when places have all you can drink, especially for a limited time rather than the night, you tend to see a lot of people getting sick.

“There are all-you-can-drink rates for sixty to ninety minutes depending on the day”

“Oh shit...it’s a Hondo episode...OK I’m all in.” pretty much my reaction every time.
