I am going to be purchasing a sous vide in the next couple of months and this is one of the things I was really looking forward to trying. Cooking really thick chicken fingers with the sous vide and then battering and flash frying them in super hot oil. That way I could get a crispy outside without it soakin up too…

Seriously, at the very least use apple cider, but common, ceviche is all about that tangy lime flavor.

I see soooooooooooo many recipes with kaffir lime leaves but I can;t find anything like that here. I was wondering though, are all lime leaves edible or just those ones? I have 2 lime trees in my yard :P

While not as extreme, my father is insanely good with coupons. I’ve been shopping with him before where he’s had a full cart(probably around 400-500 dollars worth of stuff) and the cashier asked him to please buy some gum or something because they owed him .75 cents.

Doesn’t bother me at all. I use my 360 controllers to play n64 all the time.

Just started playing this a few days ago. I’m thoroughly hooked and can tell there is a stupid amount of shit to do in the game.

RDR for me as well. It has hands down my favorite moment in video games. Just the atmosphere that the game presents you with when this song comes on.... perfection
