A form of vertical farming is an interesting take on what to do with these buildings. You may be able to get around needing a passenger elevator and get by with just egress stairs. I doubt there is an air conditioning or heat in the glass box, so treating it as a greenhouse sounds feasible vs a bar or multi-family

building codes require an elevator and 2 stairs. that along with a low floor to floor height and couple of other issues leave very little feasibility for apartments or condos.

Looks like you are right. Luxury was just in the title. In that case Tom just established Jalopnik’s definition of a luxury car as anything newer and nicer than a 15 year old Mazda 5.

This is a interesting ask from a interesting asker. First off, I’m not sure what “luxury” means to this guy’s wife. With 15K as the budget being a badge snob will only get you so far. By excluding German cars I’m going to assume badge snobbery isn’t an issue. This to me means luxury likely falls into a mix of comfort

You sir get to have the valet drive thru the lobby for you.

Based on every post I’ve seen. You might be the most perfect candidate for a Rep Santos position.

Can’t help but think of the irony of what if this truck burns his house down?

“Maybe your car should not rely on an unreliable outside source for daily operation?”

Guess who just checked in with me?

And that’s how I found out that Mazda is run by that goddamm loch ness monster.

For what this car will sell for you could have a nicely built Spec Miata and have enough left over to buy the track you run it on and pay taxes on both for the rest of your life.

I see early 80's Celica / Supra.

rolling coal at it’s source.

Saw one of my favorite 90's cars come up for sale back in 2017. Perfect color, Low miles, single owner, full service history. Everything you would be looking for in a used car.
