I believe it’s meant to be taken in a “shutting down tha system” way.

Kind of a chicken/egg scenario. Without the cars, there's no demand fpr infrastructure. As tbese become more affordable and popular, charging stations will multiply.

It’s not really trying to be a hot hatch at this point. It doesn’t even have rear seats. It’s probably the fastest production car (in terms of lap times) you could buy for the money in it’s market.

Its all bragging rights, but ideally I like something that has great track times relative to its power/torque/weight/acceleration figures. Ie a 6 sec 0-60 car that can match a <4 sec 0-60 car around a track is more appealing.

There was the MR Renault Clio 3.0 V6 sold alongside the regular FF 2.0 I4 RS version (and the R5's in the 80's).

It’s ok looking but unfortunately the dehydrated yellow doesn’t suit.

“Performance crossovers and crossovers generally are closer than they’ve ever been to simply being wagons.”

You’ll find that any current cars that don’t feature those squinty angled headlights, a hexagon grille and those corner blacked out faux-intakes/foglights are in the minority.

DCT’s aren’t in any way, manual transmissions. Prompting a TCU to automate a gear change (any modern auto) is not a manual (that means man-powered) gear shift. The experience is not comparable.

Here in Aus I’d swap out the Holden/Commodore badges as they're pretty loaded/borderline offensive. Car is much more palatable as an Opel.

I’ll take a lively torsion beam rear over a multilink any day of the week. Way more dynamic and rotatable.

Nah they were auto only (at least until transplanted into an Mr2).

Less likely to overcome each tyres limits when the power is being divided to all 4. Ie the wrong input into a RWD will have the car power oversteering/fishtailing, or a FWD pushing through a corner where an AWD would hold on.

Yeah I think the Alfa might be it.

Those tail lights look familiar

It's almost as if winter tyres can be fitted to an AWD vehicle also.

The diff in the i30N at least is a mechanical LSD (they’ve compared very well here against the competition VW/Honda/Ford/Renault/Peugeot) - presume the veloster will be the same.

RX8 wheels suit SVX really well.

I had a 92 pearl/black one. The bronze just have been the default then cause I had one blue half window.

Yah my pearl one had one front top half window more blue than the others. Was a 92 so maybe bronze was the default then.
