Pretty sure that’s a Lambo, dude

.

The joke is that all automotive collisions are caused by inconsequentially deviant tire pressure.

As in, “That Bugatti crashed into the lake because his tire was 1.5 psi low.”

Several years ago I ordered a part from RockAuto. They they sent me a gas cap for a late 90's Ford F-150. I do not own a Ford F-150. I contacted RA’s returns department, and they sent me the right part free of charge. But I was stuck with that stupid gas cap and my vehicle was out of commission for a few more days.

Also, keep in mind that the base UAZ Hunter costs $14,500 USD-equivalent, so the vehicles in this article include $12,000 each in upgrades.

The website claims 130hp and 148 lb ft. from the fuel-injected 2.3L gas I-4.

According to the manufacturer’s website, they start at “1754000 rubles”, which translates to $26,610.

Wow, I felt pretty good knowing that it was based on a UAZ 469, but you went and threw out the civilian model designation like it was nothing! Props, sir. Props.
Oh, and the trucks are properly badass.

Forget “bring a trailer”.

I’ll bet it really cleans you out, though.

So kind of like salt evap pools?

Thank you, sir. Remember that the bottoms of human feet are biodegradable, too! I have thought about this to some length, actually. The most environmentally friendly way to get around is likely to walk barefoot and naked*.

I’m at about 300 calories an hour on the (daily) fatbike, so you could probably get by on fewer than 30 calories per mile on a 10 speed, if my math is right.

What does a lithium mine look like? Daisies in the springtime?

*Choose to* floor it

I see it all the time. Unnecessary acceleration to prove a point. One could argue that it’s the slow driver’s fault, but the real problem is those using unnecessary energy to pass.

I think the classical pose goes quite well with the landau top. Space theme? What space theme? All I’m seeing is about 800AD.

I’m surprised this was not obvious. Real landau bars were simply too expensive

My 1965 Ford pickup came with self-adjusting brakes; here is proof from the official shop manual.

Are you saying 10 years newer Volkswagens did not have self-adjusters? I’ll bet the mechanism added like 25 cents in part cost.

Wow. I wonder how the bus compares in price. I’ve only taken a bus once or twice in my life, so I don’t have a good idea of the price. It’s always seemed like buses are a super slow way to get around. It’s good she has a backup plan, though!
