Oh, I thought you had one. I “built” this thing while I was going to CCS, and it was definitely the wackiest thing in the parking garage.
Yeah. I got a couple 45 mpg tanks with ‘special driving techniques’, then put a boat tail on and got 40 mpg sustained, driving normally at 60 mph.
I would argue that it functions as a wheel assembly when on the vehicle, but there are definitely two distinct wheels on each side of the axle. “4x4" is as much a marketing term as when they put “Heavy Duty” decals on light duty (tonner) trucks.
Edit: As hammerheadfistpunch said,
“I’m not going to say you’re wrong...but…
Huh? Looks like six different wheels to me.
Pic?
Better than a Tapout t-shirt, no?

I wouldn’t buy a newer GTI; they’re too big and bloated. But a Mk1 is a fine machine, and even Mk2's have a certain draw. They are real enthusiast cars. I don’t think power solves weight, but that’s how people seem to think these days. Plus, the GTI became a fashion item, much like the Mustang.
Interesting. Kind of all over the map there, bud.
As far as douchiest, burnout potential could be accounted for, and therefore the Mustang has the potential to be higher than the GTI, and WRX. But that’s obviously very subjective.
Yep
If I may ask, what did you drive before the WRX?
Yeahbut is a town in South Dakota. I’m sure ships sank without having dazzle paint jobs, too.
Slap a Grassroots Motorsports or SCCA sticker on the window. Boom- done.
