Purple is Majora's Mask's primary color. Probably because of the frequency of purple in the mask and the 'Zelda' in the title on the cartridge being in purple.

I just mean personally. I understand it's a different category, but for me it doesn't showcase as much skill as a continuous speedrun. It's a lot easier if you just run sections over and over until you get the optimal time and then program in those instructions, than actually doing it live in a continuous play.

Ha, that's true. For some reason I do feel more of a drive to be a completionist on games I pay full price for, rather than getting on a steam sale for cheap.
