Calling it now: “It’s Morbin’ Time” will show up in some official capacity, either on a piece of merch or in an actual piece of media, within five years’ time.

Up to and including the part where it appears to have died on the way back to its home planet.
Three of those exceptions are the other Forces of Nature, though: Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus are all male. One would expect the new addition to the group to follow suit.
I feel that’s pretty well supported by the opening minutes of Red/Blue. As soon as you try to step into the tall grass, Professor Oak tells you that wandering outside the safe boundaries of a town without a trained Pokémon to protect you is unsafe and gives you one of his own monsters for safe keeping. Some of the…
As someone who played quite a lot of BotW, I still feel like the people on the internet are playing a completely different game.
If Mario Golf recreated Golf Story’s rap battle, it would be the greatest game of all time.

Yeah, that was my first thought too. This is not the first time an extra “and” has ruined a crossword solve, and it’s why Pat is always very clear to say “don’t add anything” whenever a contestant attempts crossword solve. Why this one is going viral makes no sense.
The original Puzzle Quest was a fantastic game, and more and more I’m convinced that it was dumb luck that it worked out as well as it did. The fact that every attempt to re-capture that magic has been at best mediocre is kind of amazing.
I don’t think you could do a Gen 4 remake using only Pokémon introduced in that generation. There were only about a hundred, and a significant number of those were either baby forms or new evolutions for previously existing Pokémon. I expect at least the Sinnoh Dex as presented in Platinum to be available.
(EDIT: I…
So... Miltank confirmed?
Apparently in 2019 some makeup sold under her name was found to contain asbestos: https://www.usatoday.com/story/life/allthemoms/2019/06/09/jojo-siwa-claires-makeup-kit-recalled-after-fda-finds-asbestos/1402366001/
Minamimoto as a playable character definitely has me intrigued. There’s always been speculation that he survived the first game (in a bit of an ironic twist, because we did in fact see the body), but I’m curious what his game is now. I can’t imagine he’ll betray the party in a late-game twist, given that anyone who…
The animal crossing universe is one where anthropomorphized cartoon animal-people live alongside their actual animal counterparts (much like the presence of actual mice, ducks, and dogs in Disney cartoons featuring Mickey, Donald, and Goofy). You have your neighbor, the frog who walks around on two legs and can hold a…
Quaaludes re-entered the public consciousness a couple years ago with the Cosby trial. While I doubt they would be the most common drug mentioned if you turned off the filter, they definitely have a rough association now.
I’ve been sucked back into a sudoku obsession after discovering a new iPhone app with an amazing UI. Before that picross was my puzzle drug of choice, though I imagine I’ll be back to finishing Mario Picross on the Switch’s SNES library soon enough. But there’s something very satisfying about seeing a picross come…
At least the puddles had the decency to be confined to a single room!
So CP isn’t actually a thing. By which I mean, it’s an arbitrary value calculated from a Pokémon’s actual stats that carries no weight on its own- a CP 2500 Pokémon of two different species will end up having radically different stats. It’s little more than a rough guideline.
I had Pilotwings as a kid, and played it some, but it was really my dad’s game. He played it even when I wasn’t around, and beat it well before I was ever able to. I think I appreciate it more as an adult, though there could also be some nostalgia mixed in there as well. But I definitely think there’s something to the…
