Neat. I always meant to give this one a second chance, and the international version sounds like a pretty substantial upgrade.

Eh, while I think the DS version definitely has advantages, I don’t think the cutscenes are one of them. They’re fine on their own, great even. But when inserted into the game I find them clunky, somewhat redundant, and distracting to the flow of the game.

The DS version is fine, I like a lot of the translation changes, but I think a lot of the extra content feels, well, extra. Maybe this is something you as a person who only played the remake can confirm, but I thought that it was easy to tell what had been added.

Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver did exactly that. They came with a pedometer that you could send one of your Pokémon to, as you took steps you could play with your Pokémon and get items or even catch new Pokémon to send back to your game.

Even as a kid, I thought the “Pokémon all say their names” thing was kind of weird. I was pleasantly surprised when Pokkén Tournament didn't follow that convention. Well, except for the aforementioned Pikachu, but that's one I've just come to accept.

I’ve had a nagging call in the back of my head to replay Chrono Trigger for some time now. I think I may just finally do that. Only question is, do I do the DS remake or SNES original? The re-translation on the DS is definitely better in terms of accuracy, but there’s a charm to the SNES version that may just be

Wasn’t the Japanese Ace Attorney movie given generally positive reviews? Also, the animes of it, Steins;Gate, and Dangan Ronpa are all considered good (although I’ve heard a few mixed things of AA, but it’s also a work in progress I believe).

Baldwin also voiced Aku in a relatively recent video game featuring various cartoon network characters. He seems to be the default Mako stand-in, and will almost certainly be Aku in the new series.

Whatever he's using to stream isn't running off his computer.

The majority of states agree with you: duress typically isn’t a valid defense in murder cases, although sometimes it gets the charge dropped to manslaughter.

OK, the cliff they walk to toward the end of the trailer- the one in the snow, there’s something that I’m assuming is a gravestone there? That looks just like the cape in 12,000 BC where Magus either is killed or joins the party.

It’s referencing Hyrule Warriors. Cia has a crush on Link, ends up causing a huge mess over it, then at the end Ganon hijacks the plot to become the big villain.

I actually had to look some strips up because I thought Moe gave the truck back. Turns out I was thinking of a different storyline, where Moe takes Calvin’s money and his mom calls the school, forcing him to give it back. Even there, the ending is melancholy- Calvin is left feeling dread that Moe will get revenge

Someone needs to get Darrel Hammond as Sean Connery on real Celebrity Jeopardy!, then convince Actual Sean Connery to appear on the same episode. Without telling him about Hammond ahead of time.

The third contestant can be some unrelated guy whose name also just happens to be Sean Connery.

I’m hoping it evolves into a Water/Fairy type. More defensive/Special-oriented stats would differentiate it from Azumarill. If this thing ends up being useful, then people will start to overlook its appearance.

Well, “noodling” is barehanded catfish fishing that usually results with the fisherman’s arm inside the catfish.

Pikehchu, obviously.

It’s based on a fan theory and certainly not true. The theory is that the Unova desert is supposed to be Ground Zero, and Yamask (which is supposed to have once been human if the Pokédex is to be believed) is supposedly the victim. It’s one of those theories that’s actually pretty easy to debunk if you look at the

And now I want to go play The Stanley Parable again. That game loved it some doors.
