For those interested, Spy X Family, Kaiju No. 8, and Ghost Reaper Girl are all available to read legally on Shonen Jump’s website and app as part of their $1.99 a month binge reading subscription. New issues are also available to read on the same day as in Japan.

Had the same reaction, and totally agree. It’s way too confusing a naming system. I’ve had to go back to the explainer multiple times to remind myself what I get when I see announcements like this.

They do, but they’re doing a bad job at making it clear. There’s PS+ Essential, which is just a couple of games a month and online services. There’s PS+ Extra which is a catalogue of newer(-ish) games, and the Essential stuff. Then there’s PS+ Premium which is all of that stuff, plus their classic catalogue of games.

Haha. You’re not wrong, and yet... I dunno. It worked for me. I have “sit and watch” shows and “watch and exercise” shows, and it was definitely the latter. It had good energy, and after a couple episodes, I felt like they hit their humour groove.

Well, DropKick is dumb fun, so I’ll watch that. I’ll give a couple of the supernatural comedies a try, I guess. Last season, I ended up only sticking with Don’t Hurt Me My Healer coz it was also dumb fun.
I only made it partway through SpyXFamily.. I found it kind of... boring :(

I have hopes that all these MS acquisitions lead to more smaller projects like this. Don’t get me wrong, I love a triple A as much as the next person. But a quality double A is a thing of beauty too. Like I look at Pentiment and while I might never play it, because there is no voice acting, but it’s very intriguing

oh boy, can’t wait to beat it in 4 hours and disappoint myself a second time O:

First Subscription unlock is the Battle Pass. Exactly what you expect.

Hours later, you unlock the ability to buy “The Boon of Plenty” subscription for 9.99 for 30 days, with rewards missable if you miss a day.

Finally, you unlock the ability to subscribe to Prodigy’s Path for $19.99, which is like a personal pass,

In today’s world, it only takes one bad game release to crush your reputation and destroy all good will.

I have the exact same take. I, too, am a boring piece of shit. I do not need to write my own story; I am not a writer. I want a curated experience. It's the same reason I've migrated away from open world games and started craving linear experiences like the Metro games. I'd rather the devs take their time and build

Navigating gaming culture to find like-minded people with the same interest is such a minefield. Even when you think you’ve found the exceptions and you’re just casually chatting about Pokemon or Katamari or some other game that doesn’t seem like it should appeal to shitty people, someone will suddenly drop, “I

Yep. That’s how I took her out.

Hey, a W is a W. Bonus points for running that build by choice and not because you looked up some ”mOsT oP BUiLD, MusT See It To BeLIeVE it” YouTube video.

Looks great, the doubling down of the ranked gambling points seems like a great innovation.

I can’t remember the last time I was frothing at the mouth about a new game release. So delay away! I’ll just pick it up cheap some years down the road and never play it then.

How much is big guillotine paying you for this comment?

PSA: Do NOT Pre-order this game. Wait for reviews. The studio, ILCA, has only ever developed one game (being the Pokemon Diamond/Pearl remakes), and I’d argue they haven’t even fully done that as they copy/pasted the entire backend of the original Diamond/Pearl (which is why old glitches and mods from the DS games

Nioh 1 or 2.

No, unfortunately you won’t be able to play the red war campaign anymore. The base D2 will have a short intro mission, then you can play crucible/gambit/strikes and also VoG raid and Prophecy dungeon.

“Makes me wonder what the dev would say to any women who plays this game...

He would obviously go up to her confidently (b/c he’s not wearing a mask) and invite her to contribute her opinion on the manner, which would obviously be “Of course women love men without masks!”. Then he would say “See?”, get her number, and
