I’m actually into the idea of free to play for this. Didn’t end up picking up the Nickelodeon one because (amonst other issues) it was a whopping $50 and none of my friends wanted to pay that, so I’d be playing against randos.

As an owner of a VR headset that I play, I think that would feel pretty terrible. It’s different when you’re in a “cockpit” of some kind, but otherwise if the scenery is rushing past you it REALLY fucks with your balance haha.

It is a little tough because each expansion is effectively a new FF game in of itself. So you’ve got the decent A Realm Reborn, then the excellent Heavensward, then the pretty great Stormblood, and finally the transcendant Shadowbringers. You really do get like 4 full FF games there (with a 5th one on the way...)

Persona games (and presumably SMT games) are so defined by their style and music that I’m actually incredibly excited to play whatever he works on next.

Ambient occulusion is the amount of shadows that gather in corners and crevases, and is usually calculated by the CPU before being rendered by the GPU. Same thing with regular old shadows. Slime is top tier isekai, IMO. You’ll know within 2 episodes whether it’s your kind of show or not. The first episode is a little slow. If you’re not super into it by the end of ep 2 you can move on.
