But have they figured out that a "tentative" meeting tag is needed yet?

@sknyluv: I would say upright to be safe. The box should say "this end up" or have an arrow if it's an issue, but seriously... that is a lot of g-force on the screen in a horizontal position; why risk it?

@Frisbee: In denser areas, they've put Starbucks across the street from other Starbucks. Insanity!

I really would like to see these hive fives evolve into a "what are the key benefits that keep you using x over other options." Usually these just ending up showing market share among commenters (maybe that's the intent), as evidenced by this poll.

Tried it. Doesn't work.

? But GV is associated with a google account. Not an apps account, not a gmail account, etc. I just verified that I indeed seem to have 2 google accounts: The one that was created when I first signed up for gmail so many years ago, and another seems to exist in connection with my apps account.

Doh! I just ordered a 16gb microSDHC yesterday. Rats.

@MrPages: As a "4-eyes" who has encountered several of these systems, I can say that it's not really a problem, unless you live somewhere really humid (where the system isn't really effective because the water doesn't want to evaporate).

Obviously, I'm failing at my plan to work more and internet less.

You should've had an option for those who could, can and do use other apps (e.g., OpenOffice), but are forced to use Microsoft products to be 100% compatible with clients. I wish they were, but they are not. Heck, MS can't even get it compatible between versions... I just had to buy Office 2003 because my PPT 2007 in

Which phones do we think will be updated from earlier versions, and which won't?

@eien: Alright Judgy McAssumption. Never said anything about FF shortcoming, just said it makes my life better. Takes me less time and isn't a distraction.

@StormtrooprDave: Why the 'ell don't you? Don't you like to get distracted when you ooh, look a butterfly. Now, what was that cookie place I saw last w... hey, what's going on at Gizmodo....

@snze: Great for those of us with tabs that stay open for weeks (okay, months) at a time. Fit's nicely between "I'll try to remember that website" and "I'll add this to my bookmarks (where it will remain for all of eternity because I don't ever clean them out)."

Been using it since the program author posted it several months back; about every other minor release wouldn't work (I would guess it was conflicting with one of my other add-ons), but the last few versions have worked great. Definitely see this being a standard part of tabbed browsers in the future.

@deanes: Re: improved view... you obviously haven't seem my neighbors on the South side of my house!

Since I only use IE for web apps that will not function in other browsers, I have no add-ons on it. Therefore I must surmise that those using IE with add-ons experience crashes at an average rate of 5 per hour.

@MrPages: +1. Wish things would factor in environmental costs.
