This is probably the best non-humor piece I’ve seen on The Root in a long time. The honesty, for better or worse, is damn refreshing.

Nah. It is the driving dynamics, at least for their Altima and Maxima. CVT isn’t the whole story, but add to that suspensions and steering that are poor in their own rights, and you have cars that you really don’t want to own.

I am a man. If your approach to interacting strictly avoids ‘offending’ people, then you are going to have to put up with whatever other people want. It’s your personal choice though.

This is indeed a different type of article from the usual Root publications.

If accuracy is important, the title needs to be updated to. “Black woman yells, “I”m pregnant”, Fights With Officer, Takes His Taser and Then Gets Shot.”

That might work, but you need to keep in mind the wing loading (on the Civic). Loss of down force might send the Civic and airplane flying off into space.
