Jason, why do you hate fun?
If by “trying to spoil Fallout fans’ fun” you mean “informing readers about a game’s bugs before it’s out so they have time to make an educated purchasing decision” then yep!
Never called them lazy. Coding is hard as hell.
It’s a bizarre preference, though.
And yet... you’re still here. Arguing on the internet to a stranger.
I wish I could amend that statement, but, yes.
“Does this excuse them entirely? Not really. Bethesda is simply building upon an engine that is decades old, the framework of which could be much improved by more recent techniques. Creating an entirely new engine from scratch would cost an enormous amount of time and money, time and money they likely would want to…
Witcher 3 is a prime example. It’s world is gigantic, it’s visuals superior to Fallout’s, it’s got thousands of moving parts, dynamic weather, branching game pathways, countless dynamic variables, advanced shaders and physics, a deep meta-game, more advanced combat, mini-games and side activities, etc.

Think all the ships are available with that. You can get 5000 credits (In game currency) if you use a referral code on account creation too.…
I honestly think there should be a clear distinction between run of the mill 1 extra mission/quest, or an armor set, or a few weapons, or alternate costume DLC and full on expansion DLC.
I will forever call “DLC” like Heart of Stone (or anything that adds multiple hours of new content) expansions like they have been…
The portion that get’s all the media Coverage is the MMO. But it’s had Squadron 42 the single player campaign and the Persistent Universe portion(The MMO) have been there since the original Kick Starter.
Basically when you create your character, they won’t be citizens of the games Galactic Empire. Your given a choice…
Yes, in fact, it WAS a stretch goal.
