Re: “It’s not a Muslim ban.” We should embrace this terminology. It isn’t really a Muslim ban. That was basically the reason SCOTUS upheld it. This the third diluted iteration of a law that the first two were struck down as Muslim bans, until what remained was not a Muslim ban.
I like the idea of 32 teams just because even numbers in each league facilitates fewer interleague play.
The distance from Dallas/Houston is a pretty big factor in favor of Austin or SA. When the Rangers or Astros are good, you’ll see games on in bars, but when the teams are middling, you never think about them in Austin. There seems to be room for another team here.
How do you explain the ALs dominance in this? It seems like the results should be random. The same players play for one team one year and the other team the next some time. Its crazy, and its stretched out too far now to mean nothing. 18-3 (and 1).
