The Deadpool marketing has always reminded me of the Scary Movie, Teen Movie, et al mold. Every scene is feels like the movie is saying “LOOK WE ARE MAKING A JOKE DO YOU GET THE JOKE HA THE JOKE WE JUST MADE WE MADE A JOKE ONLY THE COOLEST KIDS WILL GET THIS JOKE.”
