think of it as a unibody car vs a body on frame... you need the structure anyway, by going unibody all your metal serves dual purpose.... on the DHLS and National designs you have separate structural frames and pressure vessels and have disposable aerodynamic enclosures for launch, all of which need to be designed to

What would they need proof for?  All they need to know is that the dealer didn't vet them well enough.  Toyota would be dealing with an internal policy matter, not pressing criminal charges.
