From what I read Fentanyl 11 ng/ml was in the range used for anesthesia (10-20 ng/ml). Not necessarily fatal but under those circumstances it probably would be. It would be like holding someone down during surgery by their neck. 

That is not entirely true. I like a lot of shit but don’t necessarily read the find print. They very easily could have seen the truck and thought it was just for advertising like they claimed, so they liked it. But again you could be right and maybe it said WIN ME all over it.
