Two Fucks for Bela

No commentary intended on the music; I don't think I've ever even heard an ICP song, except for the few seconds of "Miracles" I listened to when that was going around. I just meant the sense of community and acceptance, outcasts banding together to lift each other, that sort of thing.

Yeah, that toothpaste ain't going back in the tube. I don't even know if we'd come together as a nation if some neo-Hitler arose somewhere. (Other than our own neo-Hitler, of course.)

There are a lot of testimonials on that site that say otherwise.

I agree completely. I'm a middle-class city dweller with a master's degree, but my familial background is way closer to the average Juggalo's than the average office worker's.

I support them wholeheartedly. Hell, I might even go down to DC for it. Beneath the greasepaint and hatchets, my feeling is that ICP and its fans are largely a pretty tolerant bunch who have been absolutely shat on by society. They deserve support.

That's really not inaccurate at all.

Yeah, I'm high.

Oh. Then he's sharpening his hatchet as he does so.

Drinking flat Diet Pepsi in his basement?

Needs more "U"s.

Ah, I was so close.

Thurs-day?

White Rock?

Fuck yes.

I'm going to get excessively earnest here for a second: Good for them. I have no interest in ICP, nor do I want to hang out with a group of Juggalos any time soon, but they aren't a fucking gang and it's fucking absurd that they've been characterized thusly.

He was in a little indie film called Special that came out in '06 that I liked a whole lot. That's about it post-90s, though.

I liked it when I saw it. In 1995.

I have listened to a few podcasts. I have not enjoyed them all that much. People who have a problem with my not being into podcasts should stick their tongues up my ass.

It's a terrific little film. You should see it if you haven't.

I only watched about half of it, because I couldn't stop laughing at "You ever wash that wig?"
