LaFerrari is meant to grip. This is meant to _not_ grip...a lot.

MAF. I always think it’s the MAF. MAFs aren’t cheap. Why do I keep replacing perfectly good MAFs with other, perfectly good MAFs?
Yep. Great game, and exactly the type of game I’m referring to. I’d recommend it to anyone.
Right? And what about these asshole commenters that recommend games to me too?? I’m supposed to be grinding through The Division(s loading screens) tonight, but thanks to some damned commenter, I bought fucking Tropico 2, so now I have to go play that!
The first reply you made to my comment made it sound like you thought that Anno didn’t belong in the strategy genre, hence my confusion. Never mind then.
“...bottom of the car that worked in junction conjunctivitis with the fans...”
I’m not sure if you’re right or wrong...
Right? I played 1404 probably 3 years ago. Somebody started talking about it, and I had literally no idea what they were talking about. I keep my ear to the ground, but that one just completely passed me by. So, I went into it a total skeptic, but was hooked. IMO, it was like C3 on crack.
I’m sure Gianys Atekentumpo (yes, I read his name once and then gave it a shot) would disagree
Yeah, but, I mean, the Xterra Xterras really well. Here are the reasons why:
“Special edition 2017 Corolla comes with 2 doors, rear-wheel drive, and weighs less than a ton and a half” you say?
Yep, it was really dope. I probably dusted it off most recently about 2 years ago. Everything felt pretty old except the way resources are collected/distributed/managed. That system really was ahead of its time (And hell, it might be ahead of the present too - it was a far better system then Ubi managed with The…
When my wife and I met nearly a decade ago, we were star-crossed - see, I played Caesar 3, and she played Pharaoh. That we’re still married is a miracle, thank Zeus.
Mmhmmm....but, to your point to Luke, there is no “Resource Management” genre, so I don’t know what you are getting at...
I really dug Cities. As for Tropico, it’s definitely in the genre I’m after, but I’ve had some not-great experiences...but then, I never tried Pirate Cove. Perhaps I’ll give that one a go. Thanks for the recommendation!
Yep. It’s pretty frustrating trying to search for new strategy games to play because of the breadth of the genre. Googling “Games like Anno 1404" is getting old...
This is a fine article. A fine one indeed.
The Food Wars opener has been stuck in my head for weeks, so that’s real pleasant.
I’m with you. I’ve gotten stuck a couple times, and its amazing how quickly my mind jumps to “Google it”, which seems like such a waste in this game. Sure, some stuff might be harder than it would be if I checked online, but that’s kind of part of the fun. Frankly, the game doesn’t have enough depth to be fun with a…
