Agree completely.
yeah i watched the premiere and am baffled at the descriptor in the review, “very funny*.” this was exactly as funny as root canal surgery.
I’m at the point where I need Charlotte Hale to die a gruesome death.
Tessa Thompson does an amazing job of playing a hateful bitch. Give that woman an award.
Nope, it’s Zhan McClarnon, who played Hanzee in season 2 of Fargo.
I believe the actor is David Midthunder, father of Amber Midthunder who plays Kerry Loudermilk on Legion!
That sounds a lot more grounded than what I pereceived.
On the other hand, a gay male sex scene cliché is that there’s no scene at all, just a cut and a vague allusion.
I love how much of a matter-of-fact bitch he’s being to Dolores for changing him and then treating him just like Old Teddy.
“I could very easily be wrong.”
Huh?
I noticed that too.
Important but not mentioned, William confuses who between his wife and daughter were afraid of elephants. Simple old age, disease or a sign of imperfect Fidelity?
“Just a warning for the weekend guys. The 2nd half of #westworld season 2 is about to go up about 10,000 points on the ‘holy f*** meter!” - Evan Rachel Wood on Twitter
The terminal Elise brings up uses a strange mishmash of both Unix and Windows file path conventions. At first I thought this was a mistake, but looking closer the Windows paths start with a drive letter and use backslashes, whereas all other paths use regular slashes and don’t include drive letters. The use of driver…
I don’t know if Zack realizes that this episode did some pretty strong work in further setting up Dolores as the sociopathic villain robot (even to the robots themselves, now that she’s fucking with both humans & bots) & Maeve as the empathetic hero robot (showing how much she cares even about her [fake] child [bot]).
Are people actually bored of Maeve’s story? She is by far the most interesting to me. She seems more “awake” than Delores. Before Delores saw her papa get stolen I couldn’t even follow what she was trying to do. Still not sure about her goals, even though she is always talking about them, she’s just so abstract.
Yup, now you’re stuck watching it like the rest of us!
Seeing that Teddy didn’t get his brain erased so much as just… edited a bit? Felt like an interesting twist that will have more of a payoff down the line.
Why do you need to know what’s going on at all times? That seems to be a poor way of consuming entertainment.
