Maybe you need a boot password? The computer won't boot without your permission so no one can wipe your computer and reinstall, crack your login password, use CDs of any kind, and basically can't use it unless they enter the password. Someone needs to make a jailbreak app that automatically syncs apps downloaded from this site to your phone just like the Android Web Market.(if the site let you download in the first place).

My library has a (smaller) branch near my neighborhood. I usually put them on hold online, and pick them up when I go to the grocery store which is conveniently next to it.

That happens to me a lot. I found that some extensions (like Disconnect) causes these errors. Try uninstalling them or adjusting their settings if you have them, but it is still annoying.

Hopefully, Cox won't add a data cap. If they do my only other options are AT&T (so not an option) and a local ISP. It is seriously a step backwards.
