The Hugh Jackman musical number was written by Dan Harmon and Rob Schrab (Harmon's frequent collaborator, also the director of The Sarah Silverman Program). Schrab's visual aesthetic is heavily apparent in the sketch.

The Hall may have a third option: disqualify the ballot without counting it by comparing incoming ballots to Deadspin's vote results. (This assumes that this data is gatherable in some form other than individually reading every comment from tomorrow until 12/29.)
