I've been to two playoff games in my life. That was one of them. I can't imagine I'll ever top it. People just stood around in the stadium for a good 10 minutes after the buzzer cheering. The concourse was deafening.

Are you implying that Jesus didn't color hard-boiled eggs, then hide them for children?

There aren't canned responses to this question. You could write in "Wookie" if you're so inclined. It is entirely what people self-identify as.

It's almost like they want to be the victims of persecution! Almost like pretending they're constantly put-upon is a part of their identity!

Eh, I started playing JRPGs in the 8-bit era, and I'd split my vote between the 16-bit era and the PS2/GC era.

16-bit era is tops for sure, but I'd put the "new-ish" era in second place. The PS2 had FANTASTIC JRPGs. Final Fantasy X, the Shadow Hearts series, Star Ocean: Till the End of Time, Disgaea, Persona 3/4. Throw in Tales of Symphonia and you have a great generation.

3D meaning you wear 3D glasses to the movie, or 3D meaning like Toy Story in 1995?

It was one of the greatest quarters of basketball from an individual standpoint in the league's history. Throw in the facts that it was against the eventual champion and was the last productive game of his career and it looks even bigger.

True. It was a memorable sequence of events, not a memorable snapshot like the animations in the video. Good stuff.

Is an individual still privileged if everyone is yelling at them about how privileged they are? If I was a white-looking celebrity that got accused of racism, I think I'd just fall of the grid for a while. Trying to address the topic in any way just adds fuel to the fire.

The new Mazda3 looks all wrong on the inside.

Good call. I've noticed that they'll dare guys to take long 2s on a regular basis. It would make sense that their opponents aren't getting down to the shot clock buzzer often if they're jacking up 19 footers.

You know how sometimes you see a non-posed picture of yourself and wonder, "why the hell was I making that face?"

I play my Vita way more often than anything else. Handhelds are the way to go.

It's looking more and more like that's what you get in the era of corporate design language. The best looking cars have always been designed by either one person or a small group of people, not by large marketing departments and a supply chain department looking to minimize cost.

Is Portland terrible on defense because of their coach or because of their personnel? Their starting lineup seems like it should be pretty solid defensively - two above-average perimeter defenders in Matthews and Batum, and above-average rim defender in Lopez, and a second big man that moves his feet well in Aldridge.

Very true.

I was reading it wrong, I thought it was looking at player salaries independent of teams, not plotting a graph of average team salaries.
