Young people often struggle to be seen seriously in the work place. I would not have wanted the bosses at my first couple of jobs to come over to my house to look through family photos. Her boss having access to these kind of pictures may undermine the professionalism she is trying to achieve at work.

I’m not arguing; your comment wasn’t clear. You didn’t say anything about it affecting someone’s job; you said, you didn’t see why it would matter if your boss saw nude photos of you as a toddler. I didn’t realize you meant “It won’t affect your job, so why does it matter”

It’s not the skeeviness of the boss that’s an issue, it’s that a) we should have the right to determine what’s out there in the world featuring us and b) it’s harder to have a professional relationship (or get hired in the first place!) when your boss has seen your first time going potty.
