it’s just that most of what happens this week is talk. We get talk about what characters will do before they do it and talk about what they’ve done after they’ve done it. We get talk about talking. We get more talk about how characters feel than demonstrations of those feelings

Maybe it’s just me, but the reviews have been getting kinda harder and harder to parse than the episodes themselves.

This one was a B for me. The more this show repeats the Eternal Sunshine-esque Eleanor-and-Chidi-fall-in-love-then-lose-their-memories-then-find-their-way-back-to-each-other arc, the less emotionally invested I am. Bringing Simone back reminded me that I actually liked Chidi and Simone together a lot, and while I

No love for Cherry Falls, bruh?

The US Army continues to be profoundly disgusting in how they operate. I loved the article, it was informative and interesting and pretty objective considering the content. I personally found the story utterly repulsive. Video games are fantasy. The army murders people. Period. End of story. There should be no

Like, do you know how many people would kill for your job, Sam? People who need it? The least you can do is check your single source one more time before you shit this out. This is quite literally why we can’t have nice things.

Also, for the love of god, the movie is called ShRine and Sam literally worked in a pun in the opening line based on his misreading. I just... I’m really losing steam with this website. Fuck.

Frank’s brother may not have been all that funny, but it was still entertaining and had a few good gags. This felt like they had 6 or 7 episode ideas that they couldn’t stretch into an episode so they mashed them all together.

Charlie reenacts home alone only the buglars are innocent patrons? I’d watch that.

I think because it was a celebrity who was concerned about his image. That’s my guess.

I think it was bleeped because it was uttered by an Eagle, so he maybe didn’t want the bad publicity?

This is one of the very few Sunny episodes ever I just genuinely disliked. There were a couple of decent jokes (I enjoyed the aftershave bit) but everything after the leg trap was kind of labored and unfunny.

Wrestled and coached for years. Off the top of my head:

It very much is. And it intends to be exactly that - misogynistic sleaze and reprehensible. That was exactly what it set out to do and be. I mean, it was a throw back to the grindhouse style of movie from the 70's and, as such, it accomplished that.

“While the warlocks backstab (or front stab, if the situation calls for it) as they jockey for power, under Cordelia the witches are truly a united front who care about each other and the future of the coven.” No they spent an entire season backstabbing one and trying to kill on another, only they introduced no bake

This was pretty fun, but they really need to intersperse these flashbacks with moments from the actual apocalypse. I want to check in on Adina Porter and Billy Eichner’s characters!

The linked articles suggest that Katie Rife spends a lot of her time apologising to media on behalf of other media.

Has she told the cops, or reported it to the FBI? Apparently, there’s no crime if you don’t report it!

She is still receiving “unending” death threats.
