No matter how people behaved or perceived it, Jewish isn't an ethnicity or a race. It's a religion.

I more meant in the vein of Judaism, circa Nazi-era Germany, when by being born of a Jewish mother you were persecuted against. Even people who vowed to renounce their religion were still considered Jewish. I was not arguing in favor of Westboro Baptist, especially because they can control being hateful bigots.
I don't think there's anything wrong with looking down on someone because of things that they can control. It's when you look down on someone because of factors beyond their control (race/gender/sexuality/religion/nationality/etc.) that we run into issues.
That'd be TNT! ;)
Not to nitpick, but Law & Order doesn't air on TBS, I don't think...
My ignorance?
This is incredibly important, especially due to the rape-kit backlog in many of our larger cities. Way to go, Wendy!
Also really proud of Jamie Chung for making The Real World work for her.

I feel like there is a difference between the way MSNBC attacked Bush and the way Fox News attacks Obama and his family. I really do. I just can't put my finger on it.

When did the country decide that it was appropriate to be rude to the President and his family? If you have a problem with policy - sure! Don't want…
I think the more telling part of all of it is - "to give her an engagement ring". Who doesn't say, "to propose"? This guy is full of shit in a plethora of different ways.
Is that a really small fridge?
Did the bathroom also not have a flat surface surrounding the sinks? Because as long as you have a changing pad, that would be a much better option.
Some boarding school students - sure. But I went to a similar school (same area of the country, same concept) and it wasn't because my parents didn't like me. In fact, my mom used to rent a place nearby in the fall so she could come to all my volleyball tournaments. (Which at the time I found super embarrassing, of…
It was very similar at the non-St. Paul's boarding school I attended, as well.
North is so cute. And that side part!
Yup! My wedding deposit was nonrefundable and I had planned an October wedding in Florida. Knowing the chance of hurricane, we actually insured the wedding against calamitous weather so that we could get most of our money back if people were unable to fly in.
