If they hadn’t gotten together then there would have been no reason to add those adorable couples and their “how we got together” stories to the movie, and then I wouldn’t know to say “I knew the way you know about a good melon” at random times in my life- and obviously always when I am choosing a melon.

It’s an easy thing to forget considering the editing is so precise! When the beat drops in Crazy in Love and the colors change right in front of your eyes! I replayed that part at least 3 times because it was SO magical! 

When it comes to Beyonce, magic is an option. If it makes you feel better, I was also checking the resolution on my screen before realizing they edited the best footage from both shows. 

When I was watching at first I was like “what weird lighting to cause such a drastic change” and then I realized her hair was pulled back in the pink one so had to be a different performance. I think it says something about how well it was put together that it wasn’t at first obvious that it was two peformances.

I wondered the exact same thing and convinced myself that it was some fancy lighting trick she had until I read the much more logical explanation.

I believe she headlined both nights on that weekend. Filmed both performances and spliced together.

It was 2 performances(2 Coachella weekends), so I’m guessing she wore one color on each weekend? Or, possibly, Beyoncé magic :)
