No. Because the nation was pretty evenly split about that issue and they made a tough decision. In this case, there does not appear to be a huge push from the general voting public to pass this particular measure. They voted in favor of corporations rather than people. And that is a problem.

First of all, I'm not presuming that term limits will ever actually happen.

Comparing SCOTUS term limits to congressional term limits is ridiculous because the people don't elect Supreme Court justices. So they wouldn't be pandering to the public for election, etc.

This is why SCOTUS should have term limits.
