I WANT to make a bad beautity choice. I want to put DIY highlights in to my DIYed dyed dark brown hair. Its naturally dark brown, I just dye over the greys.

My first race was exactly like this. I signed up, then spent a week asking people ‘How far is 8kms really? Like REALLY?’ becasue I didn’t know. Sometimes people would say, ‘It’s pretty far’ but I would just say to myself, ‘If other people can do it, I’m sure I can do it’.

I run in the morning - so have to change in to my workclothes at the gym. The secret to THAT is to have a spare bra, pair of knickers, and tights in your car / bag. Its always the underwear that I forget.
