I thought the RWB plates were just OK, better than the brown asswipe stripe on the years after the plain white plates. The farm scene is absolutely hideous and I cannot WAIT to see them gone for good.
The newest plates look great. Especially for "vanity" plates which I finally sprung for this year...

No one said they had to be good "improvements".
