@janfsd: USAA does the same kind of thing, they give you a dividend based on how much insurance premiums you have paid, how much interest you paid on loans and I think they use your average daily balance in their dividend calculation too...

I have found that during the few times I got scammers on ebay and craigslist, their are a few things I do that seem to weed them out.
