Since HBO (sorry, “MAX”) is relinquishing its decades-old strangle hold on being the industry’s premium programming provider, I’m glad Apple is willing to take up the mantle.

I mean yeah but also...it’s just a strange trend. Chappelle, Haley, Gillis... And all in an election year? And Michaels surely remembers the criticism SNL got for letting trump host, so at this point it’s hard to believe it’s anything other than intentional.

What is hilarious to me is that you just described Marvels Avengers. That game had a fairly robust 3rd person combat system, really good dialogue and scripted scenes, and an enjoyable single-player campaign.

Agree.  They are allowed to crack down however they want to, but it’s not a moral decision.  It’s a profit decision, so let’s treat it as such.

It’s not completely sensible. In the past, logins were limited to the number of devices alone, which was a completely sensible way to do it. If I pay for 2 logins, it shouldn’t matter to the company where those logins are. In fact, in the early days, I contacted the providers and asked them whether location mattered…
