It will be interesting to see how he gets his powers. The Maker stopped the radioactive spider from biting him in the original incident. I’d have to go back and look, but I think The Maker captured the spider but didn’t kill it.

It’s kinda difficult to parse the ages of all of these characters due to the stylization of animation. I guess it can just be chocked up to really good medical treatments in the 24th century.

This device should have never been made and should be banned with a prison sentence attached.

Thanks for the fab painting of yours truly. I’ve hung it on me wall!

As an early owner of the Flipper Zero, I’ve always gotten a kick out of the fearmongering people do about this device. It’s basically just a little Raspberry Pi with an NFC antenna and a rudimentary OS. Most of the expansion boards people have built for it are cross compatible with a Raspberry Pi with minimal changes.

It’s a police surveillance operations center, not unlike what they have in China. America and China are not that different.

It’s criminal to use it to unlock your own car, as suggested in the article?

That doesn’t matter to fear profiteers.

Flippers don’t hack people. People hack people.

What isn’t Chinese-built these days? thats not the comeback you think it is.

It has a lot of uses. I’m planning on buying one on the work account as a security multitool: Penetration testing, NFC-based asset tagging, creating and reading security badges, regaining control of systems that have been locked down by malicious actors, and more. All of that can apply in a tech-savvy home environment.

If this device does what the article suggests then it is a demonstration that the digital infrastructure is in shambles. If you leave your door unlocked for long enough, someone will almost inevitably walk in eventually. This should be the alarm bell calling for better regulation in cybersecurity. Especially as

Well since they’re making you buy them, how many did you buy? Do you keep all of them with your gun collection, or your collection of gilf porn?

This is a tech site. What you do with tech is up to you, and the consequences are your own. And since this exists in the world, it would be stupid to not talk about it and understand it. Same as with any tool.

If we can’t protect our infrastructure from a $170 toy, we got no chance against China et al.

The Flipper Zero is no more dangerous than a lockpick. Although lots of people only ever see the bad, the actual intended audience of the device can very easily see exactly what good such a thing has to offer.

Here is a tool that gives you the ability to prevent the cops from trapping you on a stingray,  but it also can be used for illicit things.  We must test it like knives and only allow law enforcement to have it done it can be misused easily.

I bet toojayzee wants to make the existence of fire illegal too, since you can use it to burn houses down. Or water, since you can drown people.

UPDATE 4: Warner Bros. hires Jonathan Majors for The Flash 2: Now With Even More Ezra Millers

I’ve got two words to say to anyone who wants to remove books from libraries, school or otherwise: Fuck. Off.
