Jimmy Buffett at the Lee Civic Center was the first concert I ever saw. The internet tells me it happened November 23, 1983, two months after the release of “One Particular Harbour”. By that point I had spent countless hours listening to his earlier records.

This is sad - 76 isn’t that old really. He seemed to have had a good time, and made a ton of money, and was by all accounts a nice guy.

I have to imagine they want to debut it as a part of their October/Halloween programming, which means if it can’t come out this spooky season, it’ll wait for the next one. It’s why I think they put the Haunted Mansion movie out in *July*, so they could promote it coming to streaming just in time for Halloween.

I share your sentiment and feel this time shift is especially egregious considering they’ve never made a season 2 for Hawkeye. It’s a glorified rerun. They could do the same for Agatha: House Of Harkness (or whatever they want to call it.).

For all the romanticism about seeing movies in the theater, it’s pretty clear that a significant portion of the movie-consuming population would much rather just watch at home, all things considered.
